Dispatchers have responsibility to record and keep up with recording times of arrivals and departures of trains. By confirming a trains delay in the SWDR system, you help other dispatchers with a better organization of their traffic. To confirm the time of arrival, you have to click onto specific trains timetable and choose the option "Wprowadzanie godzin". In the pop-up window, you have the option to edit time of arrival and departure and additionally to add a delay. The "Zapisz z postojem" option allows us to write in the time of arrival and indicate, that the train will be stopped in our station for longer period of time - once the train starts to get delayed, it will be updated automatically every minute. Confirming the time of arrival at the end of the route, the specific timetable will be marked as "confirmed/finished" - marked in black colour and it will get eventually removed.
