SWDR4 usage

Login window of SWDR4 offers two modes - dispatcher mode and editor mode. First mode is used to maintain the traffic - logging in without running scenery results in being kicked out. Second mode is used by scenery authors to add the scenery to the system (after the scenery's been approved by checkers in Git system). After logging in, you will see different tabs, availability of which depends on the mode that the user has logged in to:
