Before even creating a new scenery file you should think what you exactly want to create. Train Driver 2 has two types of the scenery what are completely other worlds. Because of priorities of simulator's development, time span for sceneries to be reviewed is vary, realistic sceneries are in advance, so you must be sure what do you want to do.
