If in main collector pressure is under 4,5 bar, you should on pneumatic frame B tri-position pantograph compressor valve switch from "Camshaft (Rozrząd)" position to position "Pantograph compressor (Sprężarka pantografów)". This will result cutting of locomotive camshaft system on pneumatic side, where air trough pantograph compressor will be gave only topantograph system and fast switch. Next power on pantograph compressor by switch on low-voltage cabinet B and wait for pressure increase on pressure gauge to 4-5 bar.
