W polu oznaczonym słupkiem hektometrowym wpisujemy kilometraż przejazdu (będzie się on wyświetlał w powtarzaczu na nastawni). W polach P i N umieszczamy identyfikatory Tarcz ostrzegawczych Przejazdowych stojących przy torze 1 i torze 2 dla danego kierunku jazdy (P, N) po danym torze (kierunek ten wyznacza sposób postawienia czujników na danym torze (patrz Rys. 6).
